Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and alert Control Room Operator to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to alarms and incidents
• Respond to alarms and take corrective action to maintain safe and efficient operation
• Coordinate with security teams and emergency services to respond to incidents
• Maintain accurate records and logs of incidents and activities
• Conduct regular checks on equipment and systems to ensure they are functioning correctly
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Matric certificate (Grade 12)
• PSIRA certificate
• CCTV Training certificate
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
