Job summary

A construction company is seeking a Contracts Manager with over 15 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and must demonstrate experience in managing general building projects. Strong decision-making and leadership skills are essential, with preference given to EE/AA candidates. This is a full-time position based in Cape Town, requiring in-person work with a contract length of 12 months.

• Must be very familiar with all types of construction contracts.
