Giesecke and Devrient Mobile Security is seeking a Contracts & Compliance Manager to oversee local compliance matters in alignment with group corporate processes and guidelines, while serving as the Local Data Privacy lead.

\h3Key Responsibilities\ul>\li>AT Screening, NDA & Supplier/Customer Onboarding\li>Credit Applications\li>To provide legal advice on issue of all kinds of contracts and agreements, from initial draft to execution, with the company (Sales, Purchase, Service etc).\li>To monitor contracts through the contracting cycle, liaising with relevant staff.\li>To supervise Risk assessment (both operative & strategic) related to business contracts and to review and challenge output and escalated issues.\li>Legal due diligence and risk assessment of tenders and contracts,\li>Liaising with the customers to reach settlement agreement.\li>Advising on necessary action to be taken to avoid legal disputes with regard to business contracts\li>Local Compliance responsibility and internal coordination of sales partner agreements.\li>Providing procedures and guidelines internally in relation to compliance.\li>Provide advice, guidance, and training for employees in above fields.\li>Plan and administer usage to compliance.\li>Being the point of contact in case of compliance questions\li>Provide advice, guidance and implementation of Health and Safety regulations.\li>Submission of quarterly compliance reports to the headquarters.\li>Submission of donation requests to headquarters for approval.\li>Other duties and special projects as required.\li>To review and evaluate the existing data privacy measures at GDZAMS.\li>To ensure compliance with internal and external requirements regarding Data Privacy.\li>To support implementation of the corporate data privacy policies and national laws by issuing local and/or internal guidelines for data privacy.\li>To act as the central point of information for all questions related to data privacy within GDZAMS and to train employees on data privacy DROP data privacy.\li>To send annual reports on data privacy to the Group Policy Officer.
