We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Contracts Analyst to collect , interpret data that supports informed business decision making. The successful candidate will support contracts pricing and administration by turning complex data into , analysis, and management of contracts across the business.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead complex contract and pricing analyses, including evaluation of rate structures, discounting, and financial impact across the contract lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain contract templates, pricing models and cost models to support consistent and scalable contract execution.
  • Independently review contracts for non-standard terms, financial exposure, and policy deviations, recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee contract activation processes to ensure pricing accuracy, system setup, approvals and timely execution.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Legal, Operations, and Compliance to resolve escalations and drive alignment.
  • Prepare and present contract summaries, risk assessments, and financial analyses to management and leadership.
  • Monitor contract compliance and performance, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support audits, regulatory inquiries, and internal reviews by providing analysis, documentation, and expert guidance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and documentation standards.
  • Contribute to policy development and governance related to contracting and pricing activities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, visualisations and ensuring data accuracy integrity, and compliance with governance standards.
Applicant must meet these minimum requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in analysis, contract management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar.
  • Solid understanding of data modelling and statistical analysis.
  • Experience working with databases and large datasets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of financial figures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Advanced level in English.
