Job summary

Fempower Personnel seeks an experienced Contract Specialist – Containers & Intermodal to manage the full contract lifecycle in a logistics/shipping environment.

The role focuses on drafting, negotiating, contract administration, supplier relations and performance analytics to drive value and mitigate risk across ERP/procurement systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years' experience in container shipping or shipping environment.
• Strong contract management and commercial negotiation experience.
• Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes.
• Experience with ERP/procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Power BI) advantageous.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Minimum Requirements
