Purpose of the Role

To enable contract benefits and value release through the delivery of a watertight, compliant, and cost-effective contracting capability. The role ensures contractual integrity, mitigates risks, and optimizes contract performance in alignment with organizational policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, negotiate, and administer all contracts within the assigned portfolio.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Monitor contract performance, track on-contract spend, and ensure timely availability.
  • Address supplier performance issues and maintain an accurate contracts database.
  • Establish robust contract management and risk mitigation processes.
  • Engage with stakeholders and suppliers to foster strong relationships and ensure contract deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in contract management or procurement in a large organization.
