Health concern based in the North has an opportunity for a Contract Specialist for a contract role. Previous experience in Contract Management is essential as well as a BCom Law or LLB qualification.

Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and policies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and legal teams to facilitate successful contract execution.
  • Manage, coordinate and administer contractual agreements relating to new and existing clients and suppliers.
  • Assist with improving contract coverage and achieving commercial savings.
  • Develop, implement and maintain contracting strategies and commercial value release initiatives.
  • Provide commercial support with regards to the execution of contract management strategy for the allocated portfolio.
  • Provide specialist commercial input for contracting (Clients and Suppliers) across all Business Units.
  • Provide a portfolio supervisory role in terms of contract vetting, people performance management, and contract lifecycle management.
Requirements
  • Education: NQF 7 – Preferably BCom Law or LLB.
  • Experience: 5 years of work experience in Supply Chain, Procurement or Contract Management.
