Qualifications

• National Diploma in Project/Programme Management
• Bachelor’s degree in Project/Programme Management will be an added advantage
• 10 Years’ experience in Project Management
• 10-15 Years’ experience in Project Management will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage the project budget to deliver the milestones in accordance with the approved budget
• Develop and manage project budgets
• Monitor expenditure and control costs
• Ensure financial accountability and value for money
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones
• Identify resource requirements and project dependencies
• Identify key stakeholders and define engagement strategies
• Communicate regularly on project progress and challenges
• Manage expectations and secure stakeholder buy-in
• Clearly define and control project scope
• Manage scope changes through formal change control processes
• Prevent scope creep and ensure alignment with original objectives
• Manage service providers’ performance
• Ensure contractual obligations are met
• Develop and maintain project timelines
• Track progress against milestones and deadlines
• Take corrective action to address delays
• Ensure adherence to organisational policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails
• Report to governance structures
• Identify, assess, and document project risks
• Develop mitigation and contingency plans
• Actively manage and resolve issues as they arise
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams
• Assign tasks and monitor performance
• Foster collaboration and accountability
• Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards
