Qualifications

• Food Production, Manufacturing and/or Packaging industry experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper planning of employees to execute daily operations tasks.
• Management of daily ER/IR issues.
• Responsible for arranging, controlling, and overseeing the training of employees.
• Conduct monthly management scorecard with client to evaluate service.
