Job summary

Air Liquide is seeking a dedicated Homecare Advisor to deliver VA medical products to patients in their homes and to educate them on safety and use of CPAP and oxygen therapy. The role includes managing appointments, follow-ups, and onboarding new customers, with a focus on timely service and accuracy.

The ideal candidate holds a Registered Nurse degree/diploma with respiratory care experience, and at least 2 years of relevant work plus 3 years driving experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse degree or diploma is required.
• Matric (Senior Certificate) required.
• 2 years experience in the Respiratory Care.
• 3 years driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver VA medical products to patients' homes and educate on CPAP and oxygen therapy.
• Manage patient base: follow-ups, appointments, home sleep studies, CPAP delivery and new customer acquisition.
• Ensure timely delivery and connection of equipment and maintain stock counts of disposables.
• Be available on-call 24 hours, weekends and public holidays; provide telephonic support and training on equipment.
• Implement safety and quality procedures, CPAP therapy delivery, and patient education on pump/delivery devices as applicable.
