Job summary

A global BPO giant is seeking a Financial Manager to own cash flow forecasting and budgeting. You will deliver insights through management accounts, strengthen internal controls, and partner with global finance teams. The ideal candidate has a BCom in Accounting or is a Newly Qualified CA(SA), with 3 to 5 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in Xero. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in a Financial Manager role, not audit-only.
• Experience in the services industry, preferably BPO.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Deliver monthly management accounts with insights.
• Track income, expenses, risks, and opportunities.
