Job summary

A catering solutions provider in Gauteng is seeking an experienced catering manager to oversee operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will manage costs, ensure compliance with standards, and develop strong client relationships. Applicants should have a diploma in Hospitality Management and at least 2 years’ experience in corporate or school catering. Proficiency in Excel and relevant certifications are advantageous. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in corporate/schools contract catering.
  • Food Safety and Health & Safety certification is advantageous.

  • Ensure compliance with company standards, SLAs, and food safety regulations.
  • Plan menus aligned with client requirements, dietary needs, and budgets.
  • Control costs for labour, food, and consumables; monitor financial performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and reviews.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop catering teams to deliver outstanding service.
  • Be available to work weekends when required.
