QED Legal Recruitment Limited seeks a Contentious Probate Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE to manage a broad portfolio of high‑value inheritance, trust and estate disputes within a specialist boutique practice. You will handle complex matters with autonomy and work closely with senior specialists.

A genuinely rare opportunity for a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join a highly respected specialist boutique practice recognised as one of the leading names in private wealth disputes.

The team is home to several lawyers recognised in both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, acting on complex, high-value inheritance, trust and estate disputes for clients across the UK. Despite its boutique size, the firm competes with much larger national and international practices for the quality of its work, regularly handling multi-million-pound claims, contentious trust matters and high-profile estate disputes.

This role will suit a solicitor with at least4 years' PQE+ who is confident managing their own caseload of contentious probate matters and looking to work alongside genuine specialists in the field. You will be involved in a broad range of disputes including Inheritance Act claims, challenges to the validity of wills, trust disputes, proprietary estoppel claims and executor or trustee disputes.
