We have an amazing opportunity for Content Production Coordinator to be based in our Umhlanga offices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting in the planning, execution, and delivery of creative content projects, focused on coordinating the production of radio advertisements, scheduling and supporting video shoots, and managing administrative tasks such as invoicing and budget tracking.

You Bring
  • 5 years of experience in production, project coordination, or in a media/advertising role
  • Diploma / Degree Qualification
  • Valid Driver’s Licence
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with media production processes (radio, video, digital)
  • Basic financial administration or invoicing experience
  • After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (Advantageous)
  • Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, Adobe Media Encoder, Video/Photography Skills, Lighting, Audio recording, Video Editing, Colour Correction, Basic Script writing (Advantageous)
What You’ll Do For The Brand
Production Management
  • Coordinate the end-to-end production of radio advertisements, including briefing, script approvals, and liaising with studios/talent.
  • Schedule and oversee logistics for video shoots (locations, crew, equipment, and talent).
  • Track production timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
Project Coordination
  • Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams, external vendors, and creative partners.
  • Maintain detailed production calendars, call sheets, and shoot schedules.
  • Ensure smooth communication and alignment between creative, marketing, and finance teams.
Financial & Administrative Support
  • Manage invoicing, purchase orders, and budget reconciliations for all content projects.
  • Track project costs and flag variances against budgets.
  • Maintain organized documentation of contracts, releases, and production paperwork.
Quality Control
  • Review and check final content assets before delivery to ensure accuracy and brand compliance.
  • Assist with version control and asset management across projects.
