The Open Window Pty is seeking a Content Producer to join a growing banking and finance content team in a remote, long-term freelance capacity. You will transform weekly long-form content into polished, engaging clips, captions, and graphics for professional audiences worldwide.

Leverage AI tooling and editing platforms to optimize reach on LinkedIn and other channels while maintaining accuracy and timely delivery.

Content Producer
(Banking & Finance | Long-term | Remote)

We’re looking for someone who loves creating exceptional digital content and wants to become part of a growing specialist business in the banking and finance sector.

This isn’t a “quick editing gig”.

We’re building a long-term content engine around one of the leading voices in derivatives law and financial markets. Every week, you’ll take raw content centred around a theme and turn it into polished, engaging content that reaches banking professionals around the world.

If you’re excited by the latest editing tools, AI workflows and social media trends – but also enjoy working in a professional, intelligent industry – we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

Each week you’ll receive one or more long-form pieces of content (podcasts, interviews, recordings or webinars).

Your role is to:

• Identify the strongest short-form moments.
• Edit engaging video clips.
• Create accurate captions and subtitles.
• Add clean, professional graphics where appropriate.
• Prepare content for LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Upload and schedule posts.
• Keep everything organised and delivered on time.
• Suggest ways to improve reach, engagement and workflow over time – based on meaningful data analysis.

You’ll be working closely with our Operations & Communications Manager, while our founder has final approval on anything published in her own voice.

The person we’re looking for

You’re probably someone who:

• Has excellent spoken and written English.
• Has outstanding attention to detail.
• Is organised, responsive and reliable.
• Communicates clearly and proactively.
• Meets deadlines without reminders.
• Enjoys finding smarter ways to work using AI and modern editing tools.
• Understands what works on LinkedIn (not just TikTok or Instagram).
• Likes turning complex ideas into clear, engaging content.

Banking and finance matters

You do not need to be an expert in derivatives or finance.

But you must have either:

• Experience working with banking, finance or legal clients,

or

• A genuine interest in learning about financial markets and becoming comfortable with professional financial terminology.

Our audience consists primarily of lawyers, banks, financial institutions and market professionals, so accuracy matters.

Tools

Experience with some of these is ideal:

• Opus Clip (or similar AI clipping tools)
• CapCut
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Descript
• Riverside
• Canva
• LinkedIn scheduling tools
• ChatGPT or Claude

We’re much more interested in someone who learns quickly than someone who has used every tool. We care far more about curiosity, reliability and great judgement than having every skill on day one.

We’d love to find someone who wants to grow with us.

Initially, this is a freelance role with regular weekly work.

As our content and courses grow, we’d like this person to become a long-term part of our extended team.
