Job description

Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem behind the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and registered users. We are trusted by over 280 million people in 100+ countries for our industry-leading security, user fund transparency, trading engine speed, deep liquidity, and an unmatched portfolio of digital-asset products. Binance offerings range from trading and finance to education, research, payments, institutional services, Web3 features, and more. We leverage the power of digital assets and blockchain to build an inclusive financial ecosystem to advance the freedom of money and improve financial access for people around the world.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Specialist to support the Content Business Unit (Content BU). This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, campaign execution, and process optimization across multiple content products and regions.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational and performance KPIs across the Content BU.
  • Support campaign management, including Learn & Earn (L&E) and other content or educational initiatives — overseeing setup, tracking, and reporting.
  • Maintain and manage content and campaign calendars, ensuring alignment between product, marketing, and social media activities.
  • Work with tech, product, and compliance teams on operational requests such as new language integrations, front-end customizations, and legal or data-related updates.
  • Manage localization workflows for new articles, glossaries, and course content — from request to publication across multiple languages.
  • Track and maintain localization and access requests for the Content Management System (CMS), supporting new language onboarding and local team access.
  • Handle content-related customer service (CS) issues, including inquiries tied to courses, learning programs, and site experience.
  • Coordinate social media scheduling and content publishing for the Content BU, in collaboration with global marketing and regional teams.
  • Support data tracking and performance reporting, working closely with analytics teams to extract insights and optimize content strategy.
  • Perform ad-hoc operational duties to ensure efficient workflows and seamless cross-team collaboration.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or product management, preferably within an education, tech, or content-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities across regions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, localization processes, and data reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or equivalent).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Passion for education, content, and blockchain technology — experience in the crypto industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages such as Mandarin would be an advantage.
Why Binance
  • Shape the future with the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem
  • Collaborate with world-class talent in a user-centric global organization with a flat structure
  • Tackle unique, fast-paced projects with autonomy in an innovative environment
  • Thrive in a results-driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuous learning
  • Competitive salary and company benefits
  • Work-from-home arrangement (the arrangement may vary depending on the work nature of the business team)
