Job Title: Content Creator – Strategic Alliances (6‑Month Contract)
Location: Remote (North America hours preferred)

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Content Creator – Strategic Alliances to join their team on a 6‑month contract. This role requires a creative, detail‑oriented professional with experience in sales enablement content, instructional design, and digital content creation. The Content Creator will focus on building partner‑specific sales plays, enablement materials, intranet hubs, and digital assets to support key alliances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Learning Design – Develop sales enablement content including sales plays, learning modules, job aids, videos, and quick‑reference guides.
  • Intranet & Content Hub Management – Build and maintain partner‑specific intranet pages and content libraries to ensure materials are accessible, current, and aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Digital Media & Campaign Support – Create and edit multimedia content (videos, graphics, presentations, web content) to support partner campaigns and enablement programs.
  • Collaboration & Feedback – Partner with sales enablement, strategic alliances, and marketing teams to ensure messaging alignment; gather feedback from sales teams to optimize materials for impact.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in content creation or sales enablement, ideally within IT services, SaaS, or technical training.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems (Cisco, Microsoft, AWS) and technical training solutions.
  • Proficiency with 6sense, Salesforce CRM, and Salesforce Sales Engagement.
  • Experience with content authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, or similar) and intranet/content hub management.
  • Hands‑on experience with video editing, website building, and multimedia content production.
  • Excellent writing, visual design, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast‑paced environment.
