Job description
About us

We are a social enterprise on a mission to ignite compassion and create a new generation of Global Citizens. Since 2012, we've provided impactful, ethical overseas learning programmes for students in further, higher, and vocational education across 9 destinations. We believe that travel as a young person is a profound educational experience that shapes who you become, influences your career choices, and develops leadership skills. Over the past decade, we've supported more than 7,000 students on 625+ programmes, combining educational workshops, climate action initiatives, and healthcare contributions. Through partnerships with UK, US and Australian institutions, we're empowering students to realise their potential to create positive change in the world.

About the role

We're looking for a Content & Campaigns Marketing Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in bringing our Global Citizenship mission to life. Reporting to the CMO, this is a hands‑on role for a creative marketer who can turn the power of international education into compelling stories and campaigns that resonate with both academic institutions and students. You'll own our content marketing and campaign calendar, content library, and support brand compliance across the group, executing integrated campaigns across multiple channels that drive awareness, engagement, and bookings. Working alongside internal teams and external agencies, you'll create content that captures student stories, showcases programme impact, and positions us as a leader in educational travel and global citizenship development.

What you’ll do

Campaign planning & execution

  • Own the content marketing and campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing strategy and business objectives

  • Contribute insights and creative ideas to campaign planning, working closely with the CMO to shape our marketing approach

  • Deliver engaging global marketing campaigns targeting academic institutions (careers services, study abroad offices, student unions) and students directly

  • Develop campaign concepts and supporting content frameworks aligned with customer journeys, from awareness through to booking and alumni advocacy

  • Monitor campaign performance against objectives, recommend course corrections, and continuously refine based on data and insights

  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication with strong project management discipline

Content development & production

  • Create compelling multi-channel content including blogs, web copy, programme guides, testimonials, video assets, and social media content

  • Translate the impact of our programmes, from climate action projects to healthcare contributions, into stories that inspire and inform

  • Deploy content directly to website and social platforms, or coordinate with supporting agencies including PR and paid media partners

  • Own and manage the content library, ensuring assets are organised, accessible, and up to date

  • Support brand compliance across the group, ensuring all content and communications reflect our mission, tone of voice, brand guidelines, and visual identity

Collaboration & stakeholder management

  • Work alongside internal teams (programme delivery, student support, partnerships) to capture authentic stories and insights

  • Partner with academic institutions to gather testimonials, case studies, and co‑create content that supports their student engagement objectives

  • Coordinate with programme alumni and current participants to develop compelling user‑generated content

  • Ensure technical accuracy by collaborating with subject matter experts on programme details, destinations, and impact metrics

  • Support teams across the organisation to maintain brand consistency in their communications

Tools & platforms

  • Manage content across our CRM (Zoho), CMS (WordPress), and project management tools

  • Create visual assets using Adobe Suite and Canva

  • Use analytics and insights to inform content decisions and improve campaign effectiveness over time
