Job description

The Content & Graphic Designer will support the Training Department by enhancing existing training materials and creating new, engaging visual and multimedia content. The role is suited to a creative, detail-oriented individual who can translate operational requirements into clear, engaging, and compliant training content. They will be responsible for:

Responsibilities
  1. Enhance and update existing training content, including SOP documents, manuals, job aids, and presentations.
  2. Design clear, visually engaging training materials aligned to brand and operational standards.
  3. Create infographics, posters, quick reference guides, and visual aids for in-store use.
  4. Assist in the creation and editing of training videos. Ensure video content is clear, accurate, and suitable for operational teams.
  5. Work closely with trainers and operations teams to understand procedures and learning needs.
  6. Convert technical or operational information into simple, learner-friendly content.
  7. Support content rollout for new store openings, updates, or refresher training.
  8. Ensure accuracy and consistency across all training materials.
  9. Maintain version control and file organisation of training materials.
  10. Apply feedback and make revisions as required.
Requirements
  1. Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  2. 1-2 year experience in a content design, graphic design, or learning support role (internship experience acceptable).
  3. Experience or exposure to training content, SOPs, or instructional materials is an advantage.
  4. Valid driver’s license and travel to sites.
