Job Summary

The Consumer Key Account Manager is responsible for overseeing retail sales operations in South Africa and SADC countries.

This role is pivotal in driving growth, ensuring superior customer experiences, and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Management

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Monitor performance, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities.

Manage pricing, promotions, and merchandising for optimal impact.

Oversee inventory to maintain ideal stock levels and reduce losses.

Customer Experience

Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.

Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.

Collect feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.

Implement loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare and analyze sales reports and performance metrics.

Provide regular updates to senior management.

Identify trends and insights to guide strategic decisions.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field will be advantageous.

5+ years of experience in consumer retail sales, ideally in IT or electronics.

Strong analytical skills for evaluating sales performance, product GP, and consumer behavior.

Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with financial metrics (GP, margins, revenue tracking), SCM tools, forecasting, and retail analytics software.
