Job summary

AfterQuery is seeking Consultant Experts to create and refine business consulting challenges for training AI models. This remote, flexible role focuses on designing and evaluating consulting scenarios that test AI's ability to interpret complex problems and deliver practical insights for real-world client engagements.

You will develop authentic deliverables, write prompts, and assess model responses to ensure accuracy and adherence to consulting methodologies.

Qualifications

• Native English speaker.
• Minimum 6 months of consulting experience with a robust understanding of consulting methodologies and client engagement.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation development.

Responsibilities

• Create or source authentic consulting deliverables (e.g., research briefs, market overviews, strategy decks, client memos, analytical spreadsheets).
• Write detailed prompts that describe the analytical task that would produce each deliverable.
• Evaluate and validate model responses, offering detailed feedback to ensure accuracy and adherence to consulting best practices and methodologies.

• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
