A leading Africa-focused financial services group is seeking a Vendor Manager to oversee relationships with external vendors, ensuring quality and compliance in card production processes. The ideal candidate will have an Advanced Diploma in Business Commerce and extensive experience in service management and operations, especially within card production. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, resolving vendor performance issues, and implementing quality assurance measures.

To establish and optimise relationships with external vendors and third-parties to ensure vendors meet quality standards, deliver on time, and adhere to contractual agreements, thereby contributing to the overall efficiency of the card production and delivery process. To analyse vendor processes and systems ensuring risk exposure is mitigated, customer service levels enhanced, and processing costs reduced.
