• Assess clients' current digital maturity and identify opportunities for digital transformation and innovation.
• Develop comprehensive digital strategies with go-to-market plans, technology roadmaps, and adoption frameworks.
• Advise on emerging digital technologies such as AI, IoT, blockchain, and cloud computing.
• Lead innovation workshops and co-creation sessions with client teams to generate new digital product and service ideas.
