Type : Short-term consultancy (setup phase)

I am in the process of developing a modern convenience-meets-food outlet designed for high-volume walk-in customers and nearby business and accommodation clientele.

I'm looking for a hands‑on consultant chef or operational specialist with quick‑service or retail food experience to assist with the complete setup and system design of the business.

Scope of Work

Menu Development : Design breakfast, lunch, and late lunch menus (trading until 7 PM) with fast‑service, convenience‑focused items.

Operational Systems : Create kitchen workflows, service flow plans, hygiene and compliance documentation, and stock‑control systems.

Staff Training : Develop onboarding and operational training frameworks.

Management Setup : Establish daily procedures, checklists, and management systems for smooth operation.

The aim is to build a fully systemized, efficient model that can run independently and be scaled or franchised in the future.
