Job summary

Arch Staffing SA is seeking a dedicated construction worker to support on-site activities. The successful candidate will assist with site prep, clean-up, material handling, and use of hand and power tools to help finish projects safely and efficiently.

You will follow supervisor instructions, work with a team, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and help install building materials such as framing and drywall as needed. Prior construction experience is preferred but training is available.

• Must be physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a team on active construction sites.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.
