About the Role

Our client is looking for a seasoned and results-oriented Construction Site Manager to lead projects in Polokwane . You will be responsible for the overall management of construction sites, including planning, execution, and completion of projects within budget and schedule. This demanding role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes and site operations. You will ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and safety, managing resources, personnel, and subcontractors effectively in the Limpopo province .

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee all construction activities on site to ensure project milestones are met.
• Manage site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring efficient coordination and productivity.
• Develop and implement site safety plans, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and promoting a safety-first culture .
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor.
• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills .
