Construction Project Manager – Luxury Hotel Projects

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail‑driven Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of high‑end commercial construction projects, with a particular focus on luxury hotel developments. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing complex builds and coordinating high‑specification finishes that meet the exacting standards of premium hospitality environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project management for luxury hotel construction, from pre‑construction planning through to final handover.
- Oversee high‑spec finishing works including bespoke joinery, imported materials, and precision detailing aligned with luxury brand standards.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure design intent is flawlessly executed.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and risk assessments.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with specifications.
- Chair project meetings and provide clear reporting to stakeholders, including owners, developers, and brand representatives.
- Resolve technical and logistical challenges with proactive, solution‑oriented leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with building codes, health & safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong portfolio of commercial and luxury hospitality projects.
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in managing high‑end finishes and complex interior fit‑outs.
- Strong understanding of luxury hotel brand standards and operational requirements.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with international building codes and luxury hospitality compliance standards.
