Job summary

A leading construction firm in Gauteng is seeking a Construction Project Manager to manage project scope, execution, and quality control.   • Monitor progress, quality, and budget.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and meetings.
  • Identify and mitigate risks with contingency plans.
  • Ensure quality standards are met through inspections and testing.
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure project completion and complete necessary documentation.
  • Conduct final inspections to verify project deliverables.

  • Project execution and monitoring: Coordinate and direct construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specification and safety regulations.
  • Monitor progress, quality and budget.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and meetings with stakeholders.
  • Risk management and quality control: Identify and mitigate risks, implementing contingency plans to minimize impact on project timelines and budget.
  • Ensure quality standards are met through regular inspections, testing, and quality assurance processes.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to prevent defectsmunication and stakeholders management: Prepare and present reports, proposals and other documentation to relevant parties.
  • Close-out and handover: Ensure project completion, obtaining necessary certificates and approvals.
  • Conduct final inspections and testing to verify project deliverables meet client requirements.
  • Facilitate project handover, providing training and support as needed.
