Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional registration with PMI or SACPCMP (PrCPM preferred).
• 5+ years experience leading construction or property development projects.
• Proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of JBCC contracts, scheduling, and construction methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Construction Project Manager

• Location: Western Cape
• Start date: January 2026 (earlier start ideal)
• Salary: R60,000 to R95,000 CTC (depending on experience)
