Required Experience

- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects that meet stringent quality standards.
- Experience in conducting internal and external quality audits.
- Familiarity with relevant national and international construction codes, standards, and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Built Environment, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Quality Management Professional) are highly advantageous.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, testing methods, and quality control techniques.
- Analytical & Problem‑Solving: Ability to identify root causes of quality issues, analyze data, and implement effective solutions.

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Construction Project Manager (PrCPM) to lead the turnkey delivery of a major school infrastructure project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle — from inception through planning, execution, and handover.
Duration of contract is 26 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the NEC3 ECC contract and ensure full compliance.
- Lead and coordinate the project team from inception to close‑out.
- Oversee programme, cost, quality, and risk management.
- Administer payments, instructions, and contract variations.
- Ensure stakeholder engagement with community, client, and contractors.
- Oversee site inspections, commissioning, and project handover.

Qualification
