Are you an experienced Foreman ready to take charge of premium residential and commercial projects? Our client, a well-established construction firm, is seeking a hands-on, tech-savvy Site Foreman with a proven track record in high-end builds.

What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing construction of luxury homes and office blocks from foundation to finish
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and site workers
• Ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Managing site safety, inspections, and regulatory compliance
• Reading and interpreting building plans
• Handling reporting and daily site records (must be PC literate)

What You'll Need

• 3+ years experience in a Foreman or Site Manager role
• Strong residential and commercial construction experience (luxury builds preferred)
• Project Management qualifications or experience essential
• Must be computer literate (emails, spreadsheets, site reports)
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills

Relevant Qualifications (Preferred):

• National Diploma in Construction Management / Building
• NQF Level 4-6 Certificate in Construction Supervision (CETA-accredited)
