The Conference Sponsorship Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of sponsorships, exhibition packages and partnership opportunities for conferences. The role focuses on identifying potential sponsors, building relationships with key decision-makers and crafting tailored sponsorship proposals aligned with each client’s marketing and business objectives.

Process
  • Identify, approach, and secure sponsorships across relevant sectors
  • Develop and maintain a sponsorship pipeline aligned with conference objectives
  • Oversee the full sponsorship lifecycle — from proposal to contract signing and delivery
  • Ensure all sponsorship benefits are executed accurately and on time
Finance
  • Drive revenue generation through sponsorship sales
  • Negotiate sponsorship packages and manage deal values to meet targets
  • Support invoicing, payment tracking, and financial reconciliation for sponsors
Stakeholder relationships
  • Serve as the main point of contact for sponsors and partners
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with brands and agencies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on sponsor expectations and activations
People

Engage with internal teams to align sponsorship activities with organisational goals.

Minimum qualification
