KMa-1A reputable packaging company is looking to employ Condition monitoring Technician. Purpose of the Role: To monitor, diagnose and report on the health of high-speed packaging and manufacturing equipment using predictive and condition-based maintenance techniques.

The successful candidate will support the Engineering & Maintenance team to prevent unplanned downtime, extend asset life and reduce maintenance costs.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform vibration analysis on rotating equipment (motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, blowers, compressors).

Conduct thermographic, ultrasonic and oil analysis inspections to detect early-stage mechanical or electrical faults.Analyze data trends, diagnose faults (unbalance, misalignment, bearing wear, looseness, electrical issues).

Compile detailed reports with recommended corrective actions for maintenance planning.Perform precision shaft alignment and balancing on packaging line equipment.Maintain and update condition monitoring records in the plant's CMMS / EAM system (e.g., SAP PM, Pragma, Maximo).

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to plan predictive maintenance shutdowns.Ensure all work complies with safety, quality and HACCP / GMP requirements (if in food / pharma packaging).
