Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Computer and IT Technician to install, repair and maintain computers, smartphones, tablets and related hardware / software.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure Windows operating systems on desktop and laptop computers.
• Perform operating system repair and troubleshooting.
• Install, update and troubleshoot computer software and drivers.
• Diagnose and repair computer hardware issues (RAM, hard disk / SSD, motherboard, power supply, etc.).
• Perform computer cleaning and basic maintenance to improve performance.
• Install and configure smartphones and tablets (Android / iOS), including apps and basic settings.
• Diagnose and repair smartphone and tablet software issues (reset, OS reinstall, configuration).
• Perform basic smartphone and tablet hardware repairs (screen, battery, ports, etc., if applicable).
• Troubleshoot and repair Mac / tablet / iPad software issues.
• Maintain records of repairs, installations, and services performed.
• Provide technical support to staff and customers.
• Ensure all work is done safely and in line with company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Computer Technician / IT Technician.
• Strong knowledge of Windows installation and configuration.
• Good understanding of operating system troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience in computer hardware repair and replacement.
• Experience with software installation, updates and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of smartphone and tablet (Android / iOS) software installation and repair.
• Basic knowledge of Mac / iPad / tablet repair (software, and hardware if possible).
• Ability to diagnose issues quickly and provide effective solutions.
• Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage time well.
