Job description

Role: Compliance & Contracts Lead

Reports to: Contracts Manager

Location hours: Miami

Overview

This role will be responsible for the contracts and compliance functions within the US of key candidate documentation, including employment checks and contracts, and will act as the first point of contact for candidate contract queries and client negotiations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drafting contracts and extensions for clients and candidate
  • Contract review and negotiations directly with clients
  • Compliance due diligence checks on all workers prior to placement
  • Generation and submission of candidate terms & conditions.
  • Work closely with the contracts manager to ensure Statements of Work are checked and flowed down from the client contracts to the candidate contracts.
  • Support and training of sales consultants in relation to standard processes and requirements
  • Monitor compliance inbox and respond to all candidate and consultant queries.
  • Supporting the Contracts Manager in their day-to-day role where required

  • Experience in the recruitment industry with contract review and negotiations
  • Well organized and able to prioritize.
  • Exceptionally high level of attention to detail.
  • Works quickly, at pace but with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills – in writing and verbally.
  • Computer literate – Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams.
  • Good ambassador for the Company
