Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft client proposals from approved templates.
• Conduct on-site self-regulatory reviews and reviews for regulated markets at clients.
• Submit certifications in accordance with requirements.
• Conduct remote audits using online conferencing and document evidence.
• Draft reports and certificates within set timeframes.
• Develop and maintain exceptional client relationship management.
• Draft client invoices where applicable.
• Project management and related admin tasks.
• Understand and adhere to the QMS.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Draft client proposals from approved templates.
• Conduct onsite self-regulatory reviews and reviews for regulated markets at clients and submit subsequent certifications in accordance.
• Conduct remote audits where applicable, with effective use of internet-based conferencing facilities, taking notes and obtaining and documenting relevant evidence.
• Draft reports and certificates for clients within predetermined time frames, including findings of review work.
• Develop and sustain exceptional client relationship management.
• Draft client invoices where applicable.
• Project management.
• Associated admin tasks.
• Understanding of and adherence to the QMS.

Desired experience and qualification:

• Science or Commerce degree (NQF Level 7), or equivalent, if substantiated by valid evidence of competency.
• CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, COBIT, Cybersecurity (CEH, etc.) or ISO 27001 credentials advantageous, not essential.
• 2 - 4 years' systems and process IT auditing experience, preferably with Big4 or other conventional auditing firms, or equivalent if substantiated by valid evidence of competency.
• Exposure to SOX or similar IT business risk and control based audits advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills, including report writing and documentation
