The Role : Compliance Assistant

This role supports the company's onboarding process by ensuring all customer documentation and identity verification meet regulatory standards. You will act as a critical checkpoint when automated systems raise flags, manually reviewing documents and biometric data to confirm compliance. Your work will directly contribute to safeguarding the company and its users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor onboarding activity via the mobile application
  • Conduct manual reviews of documents and facial scans flagged during KYC checks
  • Ensure all customer records are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with the compliance and support teams to resolve onboarding issues
  • report suspicious activity in line with internal protocols
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and compliance procedures
  • Work scheduled shifts including weekends and public holidays as required
About You
  • 1-3 years of experience in a compliance, onboarding, or document verification role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working within a shift-based schedule, including weekends
