Job description

Qualifications and Experience :

• Degree / Diploma in Education, Training Management, Compliance, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training compliance, quality assurance, or accreditation processes
• In-depth knowledge of QCTO, SETA, and EISA accreditation requirements
• Familiarity with SFIA (Skills Framework for the Information Age) and its application in training programs
• Experience in audit preparation, learner tracking systems, and accreditation applications

Skills and Competencies :

• Strong understanding of skills development legislation (e.g., SDA, SDLA, NQF Act, QCTO policies)
• Excellent analytical, auditing, and documentation skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Ability to manage multiple compliance projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
