Compliance Administrator – South Africa (Remote).

Our UK financial services client is looking for Compliance Administrators with UK experience.

ITS A 6 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT !!!!

MUST HAVE UK Experience in COMPLIANCE.

Must be able to start immediately or soonest

Salary up to R25 000 per month.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per working week primarily during UK office hours 9:00am to 5:00 pm(11am to 7pm SA Time). Additional hours will be required as may be necessary for the proper performance of your duties and you will be expected to accept positively to such requests.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12, with Business, legal or compliance qualification
  • 3+ years’ experience as Compliance coordinator or compliance administrator
  • UK compliance experience
  • Vetting of documentation / KYC / AML
  • Data entry and maintenance of database

Key responsibilities:

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing email correspondence
  • Reliable and accessible first point of contact
  • Support all administration requirements for the team
  • Create and maintain client data records
  • Entering client applications into third party websites and internal computer systems
