Vacancy : Compliance Administrator Sibanye Stillwater Platinum Operations
Job Purpose :
The Compliance Administrator actively collaborates with Contract Manager, Operational Manager, Administrators and the Client to ensure strict compliance with contractual obligations encompassing various aspects such as recruitment procedures, scheduling and diligent monitoring of all training needs.
Qualifications and expertise required :
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
- Preferably Psira Registered (Grade A / B)
- 3-5 years Administrative and compliance experience within a Mining Industry will be and added advantage.
- Clear Criminal Record.
- Medically Fit.
- Drivers License with proven driving experience.
- MS Office Computer literacy
- Should reside in Rustenburg or surrounding areas.
Key Performance Areas : (not totally inclusive) :
- Maintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Services and the client regarding Security Services rendered.
- Daily feedback and liaison with Fidelity Security Services Management and Client when and where required.
- Compiling distribution and communication on daily weekly and monthly reports.
- Time & Attendance management.
- Maintaining the Manpower Site Tracker for compliance purposes :
- MIE Screening requests.
- ESS / Teba Bookings
- Medical Bookings (Entry / Periodical / Exits)
- Engagements
- Induction
- Reg.21 / Firearm Training & Refresher training.
- Psira compliance (check expiry dates of Psira Certificates / Inform employees a month before expiry date).
- Compliance Management Crucial.
- Continues communication to the Branch on new appointments and progress thereof.
- Completed On boarding application packs provided to the Branch.
- General supervision of security staff and ensuring all administrative queries are dealt with promptly such as leave site changes.
- Pay Queries are dealt with and escalated to the Branch.
- Ensuring that all HR / IR related queries are escalated accordingly to the Branch.
