Job Title: Complex/Estate Manager (Onsite)
Location: Muizenberg, Cape Town
Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Salary: R18,000 per month

Our client's Homeowners Association is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Complex Manager to become the operational heartbeat of our residential estate. This is more than just a management role—it's a pivotal, resident-facing position where your visibility, proactive approach, and leadership will directly shape a safe, well-maintained, and vibrant living environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead from the Front: Maintain a daily physical presence on the estate, working alongside cleaning and maintenance staff to oversee and assist with tasks.
  • Resident Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns, maintenance needs, and complaints with professionalism and visible follow-through.
  • Operational Excellence: Supervise service providers, ensure work orders are actioned promptly, and verify quality through direct, hands-on inspection.
  • Communication & Administration: Record daily operational highlights, report to the HOA board, and maintain transparent communication with residents about improvements or disruptions.
  • Community Collaboration: Attend HOA and resident meetings, participate in planning, and help foster a culture of accountability and mutual respect.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Has proven experience in residential or facilities management.
  • Possesses strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Is proactive, service-oriented, and leads by example.
  • Can build trust and work effectively with diverse teams and residents.
  • Holds a valid driver’s license and has their own vehicle (advantageous).
