Uju Management Services seeks a Stakeholder Relations Manager to lead engagement and community relations for the Impofu Wind Farm in the Eastern Cape. You will build, maintain and strengthen relationships with government bodies, municipalities, project-affected communities and indigenous groups throughout the project lifecycle.

You will balance community needs with company objectives, coordinate ED and SEP activities, and manage grievance processes, reporting, and stakeholder communications

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences / Development Studies or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in stakeholder engagement, community relations or social performance roles.
• Experience with governance, government/municipal liaison and community development programmes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead stakeholder engagement with government, municipalities, project-affected communities and indigenous groups.
• Coordinate SEP, EDO and Local Community Trust activities and reporting.
• Manage grievance mechanisms, track resolutions and maintain a comprehensive grievance register.
• Oversee community development initiatives and monitor projects for impact and compliance.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on stakeholder engagements and project activities.
