Job description

Employee will primarily be accountable for the overall management, administration and control of residential properties promulgated under the Sectional Title Schemes Management Act, to the satisfaction of the trustees and members.

The role involves overseeing the daily operations and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, helping trustees and members resolve issues, and maintaining quality standards across the portfolio.
