About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of community sanitation workers.
• Organize and assign daily cleaning tasks, ensuring efficient route planning and coverage.
• Ensure all team members adhere to established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Conduct on-site checks to monitor the quality of work performed by the team.
• Manage and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order and adequately stocked.
• Address and resolve any immediate sanitation issues or concerns within the community.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to new and existing team members.
• Maintain simple records of team activities, attendance, and material usage.
• Promote a positive and cooperative team environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in cleaning or sanitation.
