Placements24 is seeking a proactive Community Health Worker to serve the Richards Bay area. This role focuses on health promotion, disease prevention, and helping residents access care, empowering individuals and families with health information.

You will coordinate with clinics and NGOs, conduct needs assessments, deliver education on nutrition, hygiene, maternal health, and ensure accurate records. Remote or flexible work arrangements may be available where appropriate to support outreach.

Qualifications

• Qualification or certification in Community Health Work, Primary Health Care, or related field.
• Experience as a Community Health Worker or in a public health role.
• Strong knowledge of Richards Bay and surrounding health resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

About the Role
