Placements24 is seeking a qualified Community Health Nurse to join the team in the Paarl area. The hybrid role combines home visits and community outreach with remote admin tasks and telehealth consultations to support public health objectives.

The ideal candidate has an RN license, 3+ years in community health, and strong communication and counseling skills. A valid driver's license is preferred for Paarl travel.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current practicing license.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in community health nursing, public health, or a related field.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of primary healthcare principles.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote patient monitoring is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, counseling, and cross-cultural competency skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Paarl community.
