It is an on-site position requiring regular local interaction and travel within the Rustenburg area. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree or diploma in Social Sciences or related fields, with 4+ years in community engagement, and strong public speaking and facilitation

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive community engagement plans and outreach activities.

• Gather feedback from the community on program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop communication materials, including newsletters, flyers, and social media content, to inform the community.
• Represent the organization at community events and local forums in Rustenburg.
• Identify and explore partnerships with other organizations to enhance service delivery.
• Monitor and report on the progress and impact of engagement initiatives.
• Manage community databases and ensure accurate record-keeping of interactions and feedback.
