The Communications Co-ordinator will be responsible for copywriting, content creation, and media outreach, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all channels.

This role also drives CSI initiatives and PR efforts to strengthen the company’s reputation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Internal Communications:
    • Develop and execute the internal communication plan to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and culture.
    • Draft and distribute internal communications via the correct channels
    • Coordinate staff updates with department heads, ensuring staff department communication is current
    • Manage internal communication platforms and promotions to ensure staff are informed and updated and to encourage brand advocacy
    • Liaise with the design team and follow the design brief process
    • Manage internal promotions to facilitate employee engagement and interaction.
  • External Communications:
    • Draft copy for collateral, including press releases, articles, blogs and newsletters, using the correct brand language aligned with the strategy and Identity.
    • Monitor industry trends and news to identify opportunities for effective external communications and public relations.
  • Email Marketing Clients and Business Partners:
    • Plan, draft and execute the distribution of newsletters and mailers to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive engagement.
    • Analyse email performance metrics and open rates and prepare reports.
    • Draft notifications and follow the distribution process for clients and Business partners, informing them of service updates as needed.
  • Social and Digital Engagement Coordination:
    • Develop engaging social media copy for company social platforms, including Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility:
    • Develop and Implement CSI Strategies by sourcing and executing comprehensive CSI initiatives that align with the company’s values and objectives, ensuring impactful community engagement and a positive brand reputation.
    • Plan and coordinate CSI-related events and activities, ensuring effective promotion, participation, and post- event evaluation to maximise outreach and community benefit
