Overview

Communication Specialist – 8‑Month Contract, Full‑Time, Gauteng Tshwane Metro Centurion.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ERP Change Management lead to develop a comprehensive communication strategy and framework to ensure effective communication throughout the Programme.
• Assist the ERP Programme with communication content development according to the communication strategy.
• Develop engaging innovative communication formats.
• Keep employees informed of programme developments at the right time and at the right level to create acceptance.
• Ensure that the Programme stakeholders are engaged and involved in the Programme.
• Understand the change impacts of the transformation process to support the development of the communications and support plans.
• Support the Programme in the development of a change‑management phase schedule aligned with the roll‑out of the transformation milestones.
• Design creative campaigns that drive awareness, excitement and adoption of ERP changes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Business Units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication Science (essential / minimum)
• Certification in Change Management or Project Communication (desirable)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a communication specialist
• Deep understanding of communication principles and practices
