We are looking for a confident, efficient and service Communications Agent/Reservations with strong hotel experience, excellent organisational ability and working knowledge of MS Office and Opera. You will support the Front Office, Communications and Reservations teams, ensuring administrative accuracy, smooth daily operations and a guest journey that feels effortless.
